Borders Dollmeet 18.1.09

Went to Borders today for the Dollmeet there. Can't say I remember much but a lot of the dolls were better dressed than their human counterparts. But thats b'sides the point. Actually this post is about the Chocolate Ice Blended I ordered from the Starbucks inside Borders. When I got it and drank it, it was fine till I saw the bottom. It was full of these little black rubbery things that kinda looked like chocolate but didnt taste like em. Tasted like rubber...

Either way I went to ask the guys at the coffee stand about it and they said it might be chocolate chips or something like that, but they got me a new drink anyway. Gotta love em.

After all was said and done, the dollmeet group split into two groups, one went to sushi zanma (spell?) to eat and the other half went to Dominoes to eat. I kinda went home halfway so I missed half the fun (maybe). I still dont get the whole doll thing....

Over and out.

(15) Reasons why I'll stay a Christian

1. I like going to church. Sure, I might get lazy sometimes, but ultimately I love going there.

2. I'd like to keep all my property thank you very much.

3. Marriage registration is SOOOO much easier.

4. I cannot survive one month w/o bak kut teh. I live and breathe pork :P

5. Ketagihan Choir Singing in Church.

6. Being able to celebrate Xmas, CNY and Deepa w/o any religious holdbacks. Its all in the culture after all, nothing to do with religion.

7. Religion is all about faith, not putting up a show for people.

8. I might die from heat stroke if I wore any heavy religious garbs.

9. My actions are my responsibility, issues are between me and HIM, you stay outta it.

10. I can freely adopt children should I be unable to bear my own.

11. Did I mention bacon?

12. I think that praying to ancestors is a bit absurd, praying FOR them is a different story all-together.

13. I can poke God as much as I want. He knows my reasons :)

14. I love dogs to death. Lil' puppies are so SQUEE~ :D

15. I have no restrictions on who I can hang out with (apart from what my parents tell me anyway)

Its up to you to take it all seriously or not. No matter what religion you are in, you could be a half-past six practitioner or a religious fanatic, I don't care. Its between you and HIM, not me or the rest of the world.
